The Way The Cookie Crumbles

What are you up to this evening, sweet readers?
With my husband out of town for work, I'm taking a break from apartment hunting. Instead, I'm thinking of doing something decadent and delicious. So CJ and I voted to skip dinner and go straight to nibbling on this dessert of chocolate chip deep-dish cookies with vanilla bean ice cream. Yum-o!

Not being a chocolate fancier, I make caramel corn. My version is loved by many.
